King Midas' Spirograph

This is my second piece of fractal art. Like my first, it was rendered at a low density, because I didn't know any better -- but I still love the looks of the piece. There's just something about it -- I can't exactly say what. I love the repeating images within it, I love the gold and the ochre and the way it reminds me of the old days, as a child, with my spirograph. So here it is, for you to see and look at, and probably dismiss with the comment that "there's so much better fractal art here, why should I waste my time with this?" Or maybe you'll see in it something of the beauty that led me to keep this, rather than throwing it away in favour of more space on my hard drive.
